Assessment notices will be mailed through April. Each assessment notice will include basic land and structure values. At the top of each assessment notice is a QR code allowing you to view the complete property record on our Qpublic website.
The first step to appeal an assessment is discussing the assessment with the PVA office. The deadline to appeal is May 20.
