Visiting the office in-person isn’t always required. Most appeals can be resolved over the phone or the online appeal form.
The “Tax Appeal Manual” details the official process of appealing an assessment.

Assessment notices will be mailed through April. Each assessment notice will include basic land and structure values. At the top of each assessment notice is a QR code allowing you to view the complete record on our Qpublic website.
The first step to appeal an assessment is discussing the assessment with the PVA office. The deadline to appeal is May 16.
